Your account

Signing in, connected apps, and deleting or restoring your account.

Signing in

You sign in with a code ApresMail emails to your address. The address can't be changed. Your name and photo are on the Account page, opened from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar, along with the deletion of your account.

Apps you connected with your sign-in, like ChatGPT or Claude, are on the API keys page, where you can disconnect each one. API and AI assistants

Your Apresly dashboard

When the shared dashboard is enabled, sign in with your Apresly email code or Google account. Open Mail from Your apps to manage campaigns, subscribers, groups, signup forms, sequences and newsletter settings at dashboard.apresly.com/mail. Older dashboard Mail links open the matching new page. You may need to enter through the shared sign-in again; if your Apresly session is still active, you do not need another code. Each application keeps its existing permissions. Mail still requires access granted to your account.

Once Mail in the dashboard is enabled, the shared sign-in button on the original Mail website opens the configured Mail workspace. During the transition that can be the original website or the dashboard. If shared sign-in is temporarily unavailable, try again later. Your existing Mail login remains available. Google Postmaster connection is not available inside the dashboard; existing connections and callbacks continue on the original Mail website.

Your shared session expires after 30 days without activity. Active work renews it; you sign in again at least once a year. Sign out of all apps ends this browser session in Mail, Core and Commerce. Other devices, separate older logins, API keys and connected AI tools keep their access. Connecting an AI tool still uses the original Mail login. If a session check is temporarily unavailable, keep your unsaved changes open and try again.

Your apps returns to the application chooser. Help and API documentation open on the original Mail website. Your published newsletters, signup links, embedded forms and links in previously sent emails keep their addresses.

Save your drafts before a Mail update. If navigation fails after an update, reload the page to load the current version. Unsaved changes in an open browser tab may be lost when the application is updated.

Account limits

An administrator assigns your monthly email and subscriber limits. Unlimited means there is no application limit for that allowance. Sending pace, provider limits and consent requirements still apply. Changing a limit keeps your current usage.

Deleting your account

Two things come first, and the Account page shows them when they apply:

  • Stop your campaigns: pause the ones sending and unschedule the scheduled ones.

Then click Delete account and type the code ApresMail emails you. Your account stops at once: you're signed out everywhere, your API keys are revoked, connected apps are disconnected, nothing is sent, and your websites go offline.

Restoring it

For 30 days, signing in restores your account as it was. Your API keys and connected apps stay off: create new ones once it's back. After 30 days, its newsletters, contacts, campaigns and images are deleted for good, and it can't be restored.
