Subscribers
One profile with separate newsletter subscriptions and consent.
One profile across newsletters
In the unified Subscribers catalog, an address appears once even when it joins several newsletters. Open its profile to review each newsletter separately. Older accounts still use the Contacts and Recipients pages until their migration is complete; their account-wide consent view is unchanged.
Consent belongs to a newsletter
Active means recorded permission for that newsletter, from recipient confirmation or explicit owner authorization through a full-access integration. The owner is responsible for choosing who receives it. No confirmed consent includes addresses added without owner authorization or imported without reviewed evidence; it does not necessarily mean a confirmation email is pending. Withdrawn stops that newsletter's future issues, welcome mail and sequence steps. Another newsletter's consent is unaffected. A fresh confirmed signup is required to restore withdrawn consent.
Consent is separate from delivery permission. A complaint, bounce or other block can still stop sending. Group membership is never permission to send, and import or migration does not start welcome mail or sequences.
An integration can add a contact with subscribe: true to authorize a new unrestricted subscription immediately, without a confirmation email or recipient checkbox. The profile records “Authorized by owner” and leaves the recipient confirmation date empty. This never restores withdrawals, erasure or delivery blocks, changes dormant subscriptions, or sends welcome mail and sequence steps.
Find and review an address
Search with a complete email address or choose a newsletter to filter by consent or group. A group belongs to exactly one newsletter. Each profile shows its newsletter subscriptions, group memberships and consent history. Lists use pages; changing a filter starts from the beginning. An erased profile is unavailable through the catalog or direct link.
