Signup forms

Publish hosted or embedded forms with required email confirmation.

Create a draft

Open Signup forms and choose Create form. Select an active group belonging to the selected newsletter, which needs a verified sender. After email confirmation, the address joins the group and subscribes to that newsletter. Group membership alone does not select recipients for a campaign.

Review the terms

Write the public title, consent wording approved for your business and your real HTTPS privacy policy URL. There is no prefilled legal wording. Save, then open Preview saved draft. The preview cannot accept submissions. In the shared dashboard, the preview is a protected display copy: links and interactive content are disabled. The hosted form and embed code keep their original public addresses.

Publish and share

The publication panel lists any missing settings. Publication requires completed account consent preparation, qualified email delivery and the server’s form configuration. Once published, copy the hosted link or iframe code. For embedding, enter each exact HTTPS website origin on its own line; wildcards and paths are not allowed.

Changing a draft leaves the published revision unchanged. Save and publish again to update the live form. A published form keeps its newsletter. Previously issued confirmations retain the wording and destination shown when the visitor requested them. Archiving the form or its group stops new signups and invalidates pending confirmations.

Every signup requires confirmation

Submitting a form does not add group membership or activate a subscription. The visitor must open the email and press Confirm signup within 24 hours. Opening the link alone has no effect. For a unified audience, a confirmed signup may send that newsletter's enabled welcome email and begin its published sequence; imports and migration do neither. Existing delivery blocks remain in force.

Unsubscribing withdraws marketing consent for that newsletter. An older confirmation cannot reverse that withdrawal. A fresh signup and confirmation are required; earlier queued marketing messages are not revived.

Create a draft and review its destination and terms before sharing it with your audience.
